About Miah & Co

Miah & Co was created from a journey of resilience—one I’ve walked both personally and as a mother.

Living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease since childhood, I’ve faced the challenges of a progressive disability—mobility struggles, secondary health effects, and navigating a world that often overlooks those with disabilities. These experiences shaped my voice, my strength, and my understanding of true inclusion.

Then, I became a mother. I carried a high-risk pregnancy during the height of the pandemic, facing isolation and countless health scares. From the moment I knew she existed, I fought for her—advocating through each complication, pushing for the best care, and ensuring her needs were met even before she was born. When she arrived prematurely, she faced an uphill battle in the NICU and beyond. I became her fiercest advocate, making sure she received the care, therapies, and support she needed to thrive. Through it all, she proved that strength comes in many forms.

That’s why I created Miah & Co—not just a t-shirt brand, but a platform for inclusion. Every design is crafted with intention, delivering bold messages that spark conversations, educate, and empower those who wear them—because when we wear awareness, we inspire inclusion.
